Terms of use

What Covera is
Covera lets you draft contracts from Nigerian-law templates, sign them with a built-in e-signature, and send them to another party for signature. Creating an account and using Covera means you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the contracts you create and send, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be authorized to enter into the agreements you draft on Covera.
Templates and drafting
Covera's templates are lawyer-checked starting points, not legal advice for your specific situation. You're responsible for reviewing a contract before you sign or send it.
Signing and audit trail
When you or a counterparty sign a contract on Covera, we record a timestamped audit trail of that signature. Signed contracts are stored on your account and available for download.
Pricing
Covera is currently free during early access. We'll give notice before introducing paid plans.
Changes
We may update these terms as Covera changes. We'll post the new date at the top of this page when we do.
